Get Recruited in Hawaii! The 7th Annual Hawaii Volleyball Combine will be held January 22-24, 2016. The 6th Annual Hawaii Volleyball Combine was a success with many players getting offers and interest, including offers to 16 seniors! Players are recruited every year right here in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is the first and only volleyball combine in Hawaii and it is the only recruiting event where college coaches can recruit players right here in Hawaii. Four years ago, we were featured in Volleyball Magazine's April 2011 Edition. Our first year, 2010, we had 18 colleges attending the combine. In 2011, 13 colleges, 2012 - 24 colleges, 2013 - 28 colleges, 2014 - 31 colleges, and 2015 - 41 colleges. This includes DI, DII, DII and NAIA colleges!

When: Friday, January 22, 2016 from 5 pm to 9 pm (POWER TOURNAMENT SPONSORED BY THE HAWAII VOLLEYBALL COMBINE) If your club team qualifies for our Friday, January 22, 2016 Power Tournament, you will be playing in front of the college coaches as a bonus. To increase your chances of playing in this tournament, please encourage your club coach to enter your team in the Aloha Region Power Tournaments on January 3, 10, 16 & 17, 2016.

What You Get:
Players are showcased right here in Honolulu before Division I, II, III and NAIA volleyball coaches from across the United States. Each player will have the opportunity to show their skills to these top coaches. Each player will receive a Hawaii Volleyball Combine shirt with a designated class color and unique number. Each coach will know your unique number and have your volleyball resume that you fill out when you register. This is how the coaches will know who you are when they watch you play at the combine. The coaches will also get your combine test scores (height, standing and approach jump measurements) which you will test for at the combine.

All proceeds from the combine shall benefit the USAV Aloha Region, a 501c3 organization, specifically for Girl's Junior Volleyball. None of the Hawaii Volleyball Combine staff, local club coaches, college coaches or volunteers receive any compensation for their time or services.
For the 4th year, we are very fortunate to have the country's leading college volleyball recruiting authority, Matt Sonnichsen of the National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA), who will be on-site on both days to answer any questions about the recruiting process. Combine Measurements: Players! Please read the "Announcements" page on this websites for information as to how you will be tested for your combine measurements.
What to Wear/Bring:
Players attending the Combine must wear volleyball shoes and knee pads and supply their own water, beverage and lunch. Each player must wear their Hawaii Volleyball Combine Shirt that they will receive at the combine. Players must wear this shirt at all times during the combine. No other shirts or uniforms may be worn at the combine. Players must also bring their (1) USAV Membership Card; and (2) Signed Waiver to the combine.
There will be food and drink concessions.
Video recording is not allowed at the combine.
The demand is high and space is limited. We sell out each year. Do not procrastinate. In addition, to ensure that we can effectively and efficiently run the drills and tournament, we limit the number of players for each position. Therefore, we reserve the right to turn away players in our own unfettered discretion, even after you have registered, if we have too many players for any position. Any player turned away will receive a full refund. Please sign up below or from the main menu.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION:
1.) IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING: The first 100 registrants will participate on Saturday, January 23, 2016 and the next 100 registrants will participate on Sunday, January 24, 2016. However, we do reserve the right to move players with ample notice. Neighbor Island players will not be moved to avoid any travel related problems. Registration shall close on December 1, 2015 (However we have sold out each year before the deadline so do not procrastinate). Open slots, if any, available for Sunday, January 24, 2016 shall be made available to the previous day's (Saturday's) registrants for an additional fee of $75. To the extent that any open slots exists, it will be announced here on December 16, 2015. Do not pay for the $75 fee before December 16, 2015.
2.) When registering, be prepared to fill-out a Volleyball Resume Questionnaire on the Registration Page. This will be your Volleyball Resume that the coaches will have in their Coaches Folder that they will use in evaluating you. Therefore, before you register, make sure that you are ready to detail your playing experience, coaches' contact information and awards received, if any, as you will not be able to later to make changes to your volleyball resume. Make sure you have your USAV Number and NCAA Clearinghouse Numbers. Each section of your resume questionnaire must be filled out in detail or you will not be deemed to be registered.
3.) MAKE PAYMENT: Finally, make your payment via the applicable paypal button below, ie. Choose either $150 for Oahu Players or $100 for Neighbor Island Players. Do not choose the $75 option at this time. IMPORTANT: When paying, PLEASE TYPE IN THE NAME OF THE PLAYER YOU ARE PAYING FOR in the Paypal "Message" box. DO not pay for the $75 option now. It will not be available until December 16, 2015 and only if Sunday does not sell out.
4) REGISTER: Please click here for the Registration Page. Once on the Registration page, fill out the form completely in detail and then click "Submit". If you do not, we will not receive your registration. Don't forget to make payment below or you will not be registered.
5.) SIGN PLAYER AGREEMENT/WAIVER: Click "Player Agreement/Waiver" on the left and read, fill-out and sign the Player Agreement/Waiver Form . Players over 18 must sign for themselves. Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for the player. Players must bring the signed form with them to the combine. Players without the signed Player Agreement/Waiver will not be allowed to participate in the combine.
5.) REFUNDS: No refunds after November 15, 2015, unless you have a letter from a medical physican indicating that you are unable to participate in the combine.
